A CPA by profession, Pierre is a Fellow Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Apart from a career spanning 35 years in Audit and Business Consultancy, Pierre has furthered his tax expertise through a post-graduate diploma in International Tax.
Pierre is one of the Managing Partners at UHY Malta. His core competences are focus on the provision of corporate financial and consultancy services including company incorporation and maintenance, tax and VAT compliance and advice, accountancy, payroll, bank account administration and operational assistance.
Pierre’s experience has evolved over a lengthy period of time allowing him to strengthen the level of service and support offered to clients.
David J Pace is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor.
A CPA by profession, David is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (FIA).
David has been an active member of the Malta Institute of Accountants for many years, serving on various committees and chairing its SAMPAC committee.
David’s career in the profession, both locally and abroad, spans over 45 years.
David is one of the founding partners of UHY Malta. His focus in the profession is on the provision of audit, assurance, compliance, corporate and personal taxation, and corporate services. CSP services include the incorporation and maintenance of private limited liability companies and partnerships En Nom Collectif.
